I'd just like to note that this Requires has been introduces 6! years ago in the update to 0.7.3: https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/KDE:Extra/skrooge?linkrev=base&rev=4 So far, nobody noticed it (including me of course) :/ Well, actually I find it funny, a little bit at least... ;-)
