Since adding the Virtualization repository I keep getting asked to accept its
key even if already permanently done so.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the Virtualization repository for openSUSE 13.2
2. zypper refresh
3. accept the key permanently 
Actual Results:  
Zypper asks again for the same key to be accepted

Expected Results:  
Zypper shouldn't have asked again
