I've rebuild the package via the obs - branched the original sources and added the patch. The result is in my obs repo: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/antod:/branches:/GNOME:/Factory/openSUSE_Factory/ I've installed only the gnome-shell package. you can browse the rpms and download only http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/antod:/branches:/GNOME:/Factory/openSUSE_Factory/x86_64/gnome-shell-3.18.3-2.2.257.4.x86_64.rpm You can add the repo and install from there, but it will change the provider for the package from openSUSE to my repo. Keep in mind that you must switch back to the default provider when the issue is resolved by openSUSE team. Kind Regards, Anton Todorov
