I installed Calibre 2.31.0 from KDE:Extra on my OS 13.2. Newer versions of calibre need at least python 2.7.9 (e.g., for TLS: ssl.create_default_context()), but rpm -q --requires calibre lists only python >= 2.7.1 As python for normal OS 13.2 is 2.7.8 this will install without problems, but not run properly (see https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=935943)
