KDevelop4 has a Python plugin: kdevelop4-plugin-python (OBS KDE:Extra also has python3 support with kdevelop4-plugin-python3) KDevelop5 in Leap 42.2 seems to be missing the python plugin In KDE:Extra and Factory: kdevelop5-plugin-python3 Additionally in the KDE:Extra download repository for Leap 42.2, the file is missing (presumably this could be easily fixed...) This means Python 3 support in KDevelop is missing.
