Comment # 2 on bug 829716 from Wolfgang Bauer

As there was no response in over a year and this is quite an old bug anyway,
I'm going to close it.

We don't even use Apper any more in currently supported openSUSE releases
(13.2, the last one that used it is out of support since a month).
