"kernel.core_pattern = |/bin/false" is the default that systemd configures in
expectation of early sysctl of proper pipe to coredump program.
This program is in a separate RPM package `systemd-coredump` that is apparently
no installed by default on openSUSE Tumbleweed.

Expected behavior:
Any form of coredumps is available on desktop installed system.

Actual behavior:
Dumps (on the host) thus remain disabled, systemd-coredump must be explicitly
installed to enable them.
