Comment # 6 on bug 1051054 from Kacper Pluta

The update released today does not solve the problem at all. I do not know what
did you fix but essentially not the problem with algorithm2e package. The file:
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/algorithm2e/algorithm2e.sty

still does contain non-utf8 characters.
