It is true that it was installed by default in previous openSUSE versions. And it is still part of the kde_imaging pattern in Factory AFAICS, like before. No idea at the moment why it wouldn't be installed by default then. I suppose I have to a fresh Tumbleweed install. Did you maybe disable the installation of "recommended" packages? How exactly did you install Tumbleweed, i.e what image did you use?
