What's exactly not working?  Please elaborate the real problem a bit more.

The messages "cannot get freq at ep 0x86" can be usually ignored, although we
can suppress by setting the quirk flag.

The high volume range can be problematic, though.  Then it'll miss the proper
dB range, at least.
