Comment # 6 on bug 1163179 from Michael Pujos

On latest TW as of today, with correct /etc/nsswitch.conf, nscd still output
this:

Feb 14 01:41:36 p72 nscd[1802]: 1802 checking for monitored file
`/etc/services': No such file or directory


However, this does not seem to have any ill effect. Still weird that it tries
to monitor /etc/services.
