Is this https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1047004 the same problem? Try adding "nameserver 8.8.8.8" to the end of /etc/resolv.conf and see if it helps. In the GUI you can go to the connection properties, IPv4 tab, and add 8.8.8.8 to the DNS servers field and reconnect to get it to work.
