A Yast error message suggest that I report a bug.  I will attach logs.

It looks as if all software did install.  But booting is not installed, and
there are no users.  The root account is not fully setup (password not properly
set).

The install uses:
 openSUSE-Leap-15.5-DVD-x86_64-Build395.1-Media.iso

I did a successful install two days ago, to a USB external drive.  But my
install yesterday failed.  The install was to a KVM system using a virtio disk.

Steps to Reproduce:
I did repeat the install attempt.  For the repeat, I set it to install only a
generic desktop (i.e. icewm) to keep the install time shorter.  This still
failed in the same way.
