Hi,

Could you indicate what exactly is not working ?  You indicate that you can not
activate the Customized Bell, but what exactly can not be activated ? Can you
enable the Customized Bell ?  Can you select a sound to play ?  Did you
deactivate the normal system bell ? 

As far as I understood, in order to have the customized bell it is advised to
switch off the normal system bell.
