I'm getting python-M2Crypto from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/python/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/ which I guess is getting my M2Crypto rebuild against the latest checkins to Tumbleweed, so this might hit other users eventually too.
