Tumbleweed is not affected, gcc10+ have embedded newlib (for nvptx / gcn
OpenMP/OpenACC offloading) that are not affected.  newlib is not shipped in
SLE, it seems that openSUSE:Leap 15.[012] have newlib 3.0.0 (affected) for
cross
compiler environments to arm, epiphany and rx but Leap 15.3 doesn't have newlib
anymore.

So I'd say "fixed" (also for the other 10+ bugs affecting newlib).  Back to
security-team for closing.
