sorry for so many comments.

Today morning I have reproduce the issue about mutex.97. Please forget the
/var/log/messages from 2017-07-15 ... I believe it is to much. The new
information is done from 3 systems .. all have the same behavior. But all 3
system was started with the debug kernel.

What is strange (in my case) the mutex issue occure always during the startup
first. As written in the old information: Later the problem occur in the runnig
sessions when one of the two initiator is stopped (destroyed).

All three diagnose files contain:

1) hostnamctl
2) /var/log/messages (reduced to the last occourence)
3) iscsi-lio config
4) targetcli ls

P.s.: The overwritten scsi_target_lio behavior in the comments before is
further opend. To compare the correct the scsi_target_lio please use the config
file from here.
