Could you give hwinfo output and the output of dmesg from Leap 15.3?

Also, could you try the latest upstream kernel from OBS Kernel:stable:Backport
repo to see whether the problem persists?  Note that this is an unofficial
build, hence it won't boot with Secure Boot.
