When using either upstream rust cargo package manager or devel:rust
cargo-bootstrap package, i can never make it work.
It reports the following error:
Updating registry `https://github.com/rust-lang/crates.io-index`
failed to fetch `https://github.com/rust-lang/crates.io-index`
Caused by:
[16/-17] The SSL certificate is invalid
Weird thing is that I can 'git clone
https://github.com/rust-lang/crates.io-index' with no problem.
