Yast2 Logs after fresh installation with german language selected

Added new logs, this time I selected both german language and keyboard layout.
Gnome3 uses english language and layout, when calling locale on the terminal I
get the following output:

LC_TIME="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="de_DE.UTF-8"

LC_PAPER="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="de_DE.UTF-8"

LC_MEASUREMENT="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=

So on the locale side the right locale is set, but Gnome3 doesn't recognize it.
