You should take your suggestions/questions upstream. Running with the default
settings in openSUSE for the /tmp directory, PHP works as expected with
'pcre.jit = 1'. If you choose to change /tmp to noexec, you're of course free
to do so, but in that case also accept the consequence that you need to provide
'pcre.jit = 0' in your php.ini file.
