Comment # 1 on bug 1230566 from Tim K

Okay, I don't know what I did different the last time, but now I'm not able
anymore to change the cmdline and still boot. So for the time being I think
this is fixed, but I might be worried that something can silently fail and
leave the system in a less secure state.
