George, there is no claim to binary compatibility for third party compiled
software for a major Leap release. The bug report was correctly resolved as
invalid. You have to re-compile your code from source.

Additionally Leap 15.0 dropped MySQL and ships MariaDB. Please direct any
further questions to the user forums or mailing list to avoid raising
"critical" bugs on developer time that can be more trivially be resolved by
quick hint from an experienced user.
