I am testing from Prague office, when I tried to wget file from
download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/ it redirected to mirror.karneval.cz
and connection speed was 29.5MB/s (1.3G file in 45s).

Even if reading repo data takes longer (there are users with slow connection),
I think installer should show some message, not freeze for 30s without any
screen change after clicking next button.
