If this is really some package causing trouble, we have to pin point this bad boy. I can't do much for a while, since my Linux laptop is facing technical difficulties. Can you attach a screenshot of how the app looks like when this issue comes back? Is it only mkvtoolnix or other QT6 apps present the same behavior?
