Original Summary:
[i815] kernel 5.11: Xorg fails to run: open /dev/dri/card0: No such file or
directory; (EE) GARTInit: Unable to open /dev/agpgart (No such file or
directory)

Xorg is running on TW20210420 on this ancient i815 Dell using xf86-video-intel
DDX and kernel 5.10, but fails as indicated in summary with 5.11.15.
