The patch for Opensuse 15.4 seems to have dependency problems. For a few days
now I have been getting errors when trying to apply latest patches.

Problem: the installed gtk3-branding-openSUSE-15.0-lp154.2.2.1.noarch requires
'libgtk-3-0 = 3.24.31', but this requirement cannot be provided
 Solution 1: deinstallation of gtk3-branding-openSUSE-15.0-lp154.2.2.1.noarch
 Solution 2: do not install patch:openSUSE-SLE-15.4-2022-3128-1.noarch
 Solution 3: break gtk3-branding-openSUSE-15.0-lp154.2.2.1.noarch by ignoring
some of its dependencies
