@Gary, Could you take a look of this?

Current qemu-ovmf-x86_64/ia32 is only under x86 arch while
qemu-uefi-aarch64/aarch32 under arm arch, however, because of qemu tcg, they
should be in both enviroments. Not sure if we have special support requirement
for it.
