Comment # 15 on bug 1033899 from Harel Davolt

Looks like that was the issue, Mesa-libEGL1 was not installed. I installed and
it the screen tearing appears to be gone, and glxinfo no longer gives dri
errors. So that resolved the issue. Should that package be marked as an install
dependency?
