Comment # 4 on bug 1231007 from Peter Sütterlin

OK, so I deleted/renamed the kwinrulesrc, created the rules anew, and logged
out.
At login, now all rules work as expected.

Obviously, it must have been some setting that was not properly converted from
the old (V5) config file (?)
