Thanks for quick replies. The 3.19 strace output shows the access error of /dev/dvb/dvr0 after resume. Could you check whether this device is present before and after resume? This can be related with the kernel warning, indeed. When the module refcount went wrong, it resulted in unexpected module removal, leading to the lost device file.
