I made some try:
always after resume it stops to works,
sometimes after logout and login again touchpad works
often after resume if I login with another user (two users active) on the
second user touchpad works and the first not
sometimes with no-working touchpad if I suspend to RAM and resume again also
keyboard don't works
when touchpad works xinput list gives this:
procuste@linux-eros1:~> xinput list
