installation-images-14.312/data/rescue/rescue.file_list already contains

># run getty on tty1

So in fact there is already an instruction to get this as a symlink - which for
some reason does make a real copy of the file. So in the end we do not get an
image as described in the recipe


(or I might be looking at the wrong recipe of course :P )
