Comment # 18 on bug 1068470 from Sebastian Parschauer

I've tried reproduction in NUE with an Orthos machine. Ping times are less than
1 ms. This is timing related. It is clear that this can't be reproduced from
there.

I'm located in Berlin. login.opensuse.org responds and ping times vary a lot.

So I hope that the provided tcpdump can help to fix this.
