good video card with which there should not be any problems, but with the CPU
of the older model core i7 2600K, only the presence of a good video card didn���t
have any effect, I also have the laptop, which is less productive than the PC
under test, but does not have a discrete video card, works on the INTEL
graphics, and the problem is not so noticeable there. A rather strange result
is obtained, the presence of a good GPU accelerator does not help at all, it
seems that instead of hardware acceleration, software acceleration works, but
there is no software acceleration in GNOME, it always works on the GPU, but the
worse the CPU is, the worse GNOME works. But unfortunately this does not affect
the delays in animations, the delay is always about 2 seconds between the
action and the execution
