## Observation

openQA test in scenario
opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-upgrade_Leap_15.0_cryptlvm@uefi fails in
[grub_test](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1650777/modules/grub_test/steps/3)

Looking at the install steps, during th einstallation/upgrade, the grub boot
timeout ash been set to -1 (infinite) - this in order for openQA to have a
clearer, non-racy boot. So far this was no problem.

Since the YaST Stack upgrade, merged on Feb 26, this no longer works in the
upgrade scenarios: the grub menu seems to be hidden away completely and the
system booting right up to the OS - the explicit wish to show the boot menu has
been ignored.

This only seems to be an issue on upgrade scenarions; fresh installs accepted
this configuration in the installer
