QGis 3.6.0 package qgis-3.6.0-lp150.2.1 crashes on start-up. This appears to be due to libproj15 (proj-6.0.0-lp150.33.2) being present on the system due to it being required by libgeotiff2 (geotiff-1.4.3-lp150.24.2). Downgrading libgeotiff2 to the version from Leap 15.0 (as opposed to Application:Geo) and removing libproj15 forces qgis to use libproj13 (proj5-5.2.0-lp150.1.1) and stops it from crashing. I have come across this problem of incompatible libproj versions before, also on OpenSUSE. I do not know however if this is a packaging or upstream bug.
