Perhaps a regression in dnsmasq? Let's see if one of the dnsmasq maintainers has any suggestions? BTW, it is odd that I cannot reproduce the bug. I tried on a fresh install of TW in a VM and also on my laptop, which has been rolling with TW for a few years now.
