Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a KiCad project 2. Go to the PCB editor 3. Notice under Tools that there is no entry for external plugins. Expected Results: There should be a menu entry for adding and managing external plug-ins. Note that this is an experimental feature.
