I'll do my best here! (The only thing I want for my efforts is some openSUSE stickers ;-)) The crux to this case so far is Leap 42.1 installation passed and Leap 42.2 beta 1 & 2 fails. This is surely regression. Whether a real bug in scripts or code or just a build or dependancy problem I do not know, but regression won't be good in the final 42.2 release.
