The file (and two .service files in other subpackages) was indeed installed with mode 755. This is now changed to 644. https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/626859 As this is non-critical, I'll leave it at that and close this bug RESOLVED FIXED. Feel free to re-open if you need this patch ported to other releases.
