It's my pleasure I just concluded, everyone who said that they had no problems with the gnome, everyone CPU AMD. There is also a possibility that a patch is guilty, and everything is fine with the config, I compiled it manually without patches. PS And yes, the problem really disappeared, I launched several programs, a browser with a lot of tabs, the animations remained smooth, there are jerks, but usual for a gnome and not like they were before
