systemd-vconsole-setup fails because "trivial" screenmap is not included in
initrf. Please for testing try to replace CONSOLE_SCREENMAP with
CONSOLE_SCREENMAP="none", run mkinitrd and test again. This works for me. Note
that you should not need SCREENMAP, you are in UTF-8 mode anyway.
