openQA cleans up assets after a certain time - as otherwise disk storage would
be growing by 50GB per day (one TW snapshot for example)

The easiest will be to rebuild a live image (branch from openSUSE:Factory:Live)
and add dracut from a test repo into the mix (adjust the path statements in OBS
prjconf to find the right dracut version)

If needed/wanted, I can setup an OBS project for you.
