The same problem will be encountered for any other PCP client (e.g. pminfo,
pmchart etc.) which attempts to connect. I'm happy to pick up the upstream
Wants=pmcd.service change fomr pmlogger/pmie, but would also like to propose
having the pmcd service get enabled automatically following package
installation.
