Yast2 doesn't create a home directory for a new user.
If home directory is an XFS volume, Yast2 will not create a home directory for
a new user because it's not btrfs.

PS no, I do *not* want to use btrfs.
PPS I've switched to generic useradd cli, but doing this from yast2 was nice.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use xfs for home
2. Run yast2
3. Create a new user with home directory
Actual Results:
Home directory isn't created

Expected Results:
Home directory should be created
