Comment # 2 on bug 983064 from Dave Plater

I suspect that the colormanagement directory was moved or created under
datafiles at some stage and most blender users install the language package.
There are a few extra features in the blender I submitted to factory sr#400329
with the fix, I've brought it inline with the official blender.org blender but
I was waiting for the next release.
graphics/blender is updated but the build looks stalled in the web ui so if you
wish to test it's tumbleweed build look for blender-2.77a-228.27 or greater in
