For ax25 module, the situation w.r.t. network namespaces is the same as for
rose (which is in fact closely related to AX.25).

I guess that's rather a question to Docker people. But it's a solution based
on containers, i.e. lightweight virtualization, I'm not sure how strong level
of isolation can one expect from it.
