Comment # 20 on bug 1227420 from Lassi Väätämöinen

Still an issue at snapshot 20241024.

I'd say this might be a pretty bad dealbreaker for less experienced users, just
getting out of the installer, having selected a keymap (Finnish) and ending up
with US layout. And then re-doing keymap setting from Yast Keyboard, verifying
Finnish keymap working and still ending up back to US layout in Gnome.
