No, unlikely. That's a report for a rather recent laptop with Intel graphics.

Unfortunately SUSE cannot fix/address any NVIDIA driver issues. Also the driver
for your GPU of 2008 is already out-of-support.
I suggest to uninstall the NVIDIA driver again and try with nouveau driver or
replace your gfx card/system after 12 years ...
